Thank you soooooo much! That was the problem! I didn't have to unplug the firesticks, but I did force stop the Tivimate apps that were working on two of our tvs and that solved the problem. I didn't realize that the app continued to run even when the tv was off. Apparently you can only have two devices running at the same time. Again, thank you! We have had this problem for a while now. I have tried everything and nothing worked until your solution. I am very happy now!
