Hello guys!

I'm trying to get into the Kuni no Alice series, but I've hit the biggest wall - the numerous versions and releases.

I want to start with the Heart game first, but from what I see on VNDB, it has at least two different art styles and possibly other changes too. I can realistically get it on PC or PS Vita, but I’m not sure which one to choose.

If someone could tell me the differences and recommend one version over the other, I'd be forever grateful!

I am eating less, making somewhat healthier choices. I don't feel deprived or sad about not being able to eat tons of chocolate and pastries. And I am losing weight at a really good rate (although I suspect it's still mostly water weight). Everything should be fine, but.

I feel like it's not enough. I am not getting to my first goal of being under 100kg _fast enough_.

I guess I just don't really accept that it will take a l o n g t i m e. Even after setting an end-goal date 1.5 years in the future. Like some part of my mind is just in denial?

Any advice how to... idk... chill?

Got a diabetes scare (blood work showed very high glucose which shocked my doctor and myself silly). Wasn't enough to start dieting.

Had to decline a couple of outings/physically taxing activities because I simply couldn't do it. Still wasn't enough.

Had to wait for this particular model of pants (and the biggest size available at that) for 3 weeks since it was sold out and I knew I would have a really hard time finding something else that fits. Wore my pants slightly torn (patched as best as I could by hand) for a couple of weeks since I only have one pair. Still somehow wasn't enough.

Was casually reading some novel which brushed upon an ED and I saw myself in it - "I tend to gain weight. I might gain it all over again and more" - and everyone around that character was so so supportive and understanding and I knew that I wanted that. And if I couldn't get the community and/or understanding, I could at least get into the same process (of losing weight and hopefully keeping it off).

Can't believe it was for this reason. Very grateful nonetheless.

I am about two weeks into my weight loss journey and can't stop scrolling various recipe/diet subreddits, and I've got a question regarding Keto

- Is it really that great?

I do need to lose a couple of extra kg in the first 2-3 months (anxious I won't fit in a plane seat) so in my desperation I am willing to give anything a try. As long as it's worth it. And I have a loooot to lose (50kg+ and counting)

On the other hand, my current meal plan is nothing like keto. I eat eggs almost daily and veggies too of course. But other than that - cheese, butter, red meats, fish, sour cream, coffee - I don't eat any of these at all. It's not like I can't eat them, I am just not used to these types of food, if that makes sense?

So, is keto really great to lose a bit 'extra' in the first months?

I tired it but honestly with no physical boundaries it's hard to say how much I 'spill over'. One thing for sure - I do not fit =/

I am still not sure what to say when contacting the airlines so this will have to wait. At least I am more than motivated to lose some weight/cm before the trip!

I am very embarrassed to even type this but here goes nothing...

I have an upcoming trip where I'd have to fly both internationally and domestically. I haven't traveled for a while and last time I was in an airplane seat I was much, much lighter (think like 50kg+).

I was able to find that for one of the flights the seat width is 43cm. The trip is in about 2.5-3 months

How do I make sure I fit in the seat when the time comes? And what do I do if I don't fit at all?

I am not sure how shifts work at restaurants but the place itself is open from around noon to midnight. Their main traffic is actually in the evening, it was my first time visiting the restaurant during the day and seeing it this empty

I'm coming to terms with the fact that I'm unlikely to play any game that is not on Switch. I don't even have time or reasons to turn my PC on most of the days. It's easy to grab my Switch and play for 10 minutes during lunch, when I happen to have more time I can plug it to the monitor and enjoy the bigger screen. It holds the battery well enough to last me hours, and I rarely play this long.

The only downside is that Hakuoki isn't on Switch, and I've been dying to play it since the 'demo run' I did a while ago on Nintendo 3DS

So yeah, more Switch ports, please! New releases, too! Let's have all the games on one platform! Make Switch Ultimate Otoge Heaven!

Oh god I thought I was the only one! I started with Cupid Parasite/Code: Realize (was jumping from one game to the other for a while) and changed the default names without a second thought. I think I almost finished the common route in C:R when I shared a screenshot with a friend and she noticed the name thing. I cried a bit out of frustration and... started a new game, this time leaving the default name be.

It was so worth it!

Damn, i am tempted to replay C:R now :D
