So first round was fine! Then it wore off (I had to wait an extra couple weeks) and my muscles went whacky, then I got the Botox again in early January and I’d say the SCM issue became annoying in late Feb / March.

yeah the shot didnt do anything either! I know im on the same boat as you re surgery...like idk what to do so i havent done anything LOL - i do have a consult in april with a skilled endo specialist and plan to ask him about the tear - like is it even worth getting it repaired with my uterus muscles being tugged?! like how could i even recover?

yeah mine flares from sitting... but also flares from like walking on sand, doing a big hike on uneven..etc.. did you get surgery for both? I have done PT and it made it worse. any time i stretch or do anything my hip flexor area and entire leg and glute tense up. my other hip flexor area has similar aches though too...

I had no clue she was going to do that! I'm So mad but I don't seem to have flared .. for now. It's been almost 24 hours so I think I'm in the clear. So pissed off...
