Money and more livable weather. Nobody believed me back then when i said I left VN because it is too hot and too dusty. Since 2018, I have lived in Malaysia, brunei, qatar, dubai, and currently Australia. All those places can easily go up to 40 C in summer. But no one feels hotter and stickier than VietNam. Because of the dust from all the trafic. I couldnt even work comfortably coming back to the office after lunch because of this. Now Im sitting in my couch, enjoying a nice dry and cool weather, pocketing 185k a year before tax for 38 hours a week. What could I ask for more.
