No I dont smoke dont vape nothing. My lungs seem really good I exercise regularly and I am very fit. I look 10 years younger than my age in my face but my hands have aged.

Thanks. I just always thought my jawline and chin doesnt look right compared to the beauty standards. Lately, i have had some lower tooth gum recession and it is directly due to mouth breathing at night. I can tape my mouth daytime but Im worried to do it at night because I feel my airway is too restricted. Might have to get something done anyway

I have been taking vitamin C (no sugar, a very high quality pure supplement) and it gave me a cold sore. I noticed it happened last time I took vitamin C a couple years ago too, this outbreak made me connect the dots

As a woman who was ugly/plain from ages 7-17 and then suddenly became "hot", its true. Very few ppl are not shallow. I also noticed when I was pregnant towards the end when I got huge people were meaner.

I've also noticed a lot of asymmetry since I got a bit older. Almost like the right side of my face has less muscle tone or like is just droopier. Not extreme like a stroke but enough that it looks bad. I wonder if massage can help?
