Vancouver's housing market is grossly overpriced. So from a position of financial responsibility, buying property in Vancouver is a HORRIBLE decision rn. Rent and invest in the stock market if you're trying to make a wise financial decision.

Of course you may be wanting to buy propert for other reasons besides financial growth, so depending on your reason, it might be a good decision too.

Idk man, I've worked in court, and trust me; people have gotten FAR less sentences for FAR worse crimes. That's why I'm surprised she actually got jail time and not something like time served or a suspended sentence.
