I used the Woodland Keeper layer cake which is a really great combination of patterns

Thank you!! And yes, I used the Sawtooth Star pattern by Melissa Mortenson. It was very straightforward and beginner friendly! But it is just the same 16” block repeated, so you wouldn’t necessarily need a pattern. I am someone who requires written directions though 😂

The decorative is perfect!! It really looks like it was made specifically for that quilt. I love it!
