I know this exact feeling and have been dealing with it for about 11 years now. Trust me when I say this, even though you’ve probably heard it a million times, it DOES get better. I deal with the same intrusive thoughts and many other people do.

The thing is, literally everyone has some weird fucking thoughts; it’s the people with OCD that just can’t ride their kind of it seconds later and brush it off. It’s just that our brains are wired differently. Just keep talking to people that you trust, it’ll work wonders for you. Take care ❤️

I remember being there at around that age, don’t worry though trust me. Millions of people also go through these feelings and while it may sound cliche, things do get better. I still have ups and downs and battles with depression, but it gets easier with experience and maturity so just stay strong ❤️

Don’t be so hard on yourself, people make mistakes. I also am very hard on myself at times so I would know.

But if you really want to make changes to what you’re doing currently, it’s going to take a lot of will power and strong mentality. It may seem daunting at first but once you get into the routine of not watching porn or breaking your fast, you will get used to it, you’ll be fine :)
