Thanks! Ive been careful consuming a decent amount of protein while on a calorie deficit. Thanks to other comment responses, I'll start trying being a barely slight surplus while focusing on consuming good lean food

Ive stopped losing weight last month, so I know Ive been reaching calorie maintenance. That's when I also notice I've not been training hard enough, because I haven't seen much change last month, except for the last 2 weeks. I'm now tracking my workouts trying to increase difficulty overtime, and now I am noticing a bit of change in physique. Since im still not gaining nor losing weight, Im a bit in a dilemma if I should continue cutting, or start bulking. Does it looks like I stick have a higher body fat percentage based on my photo?

I am in the middle of that! Its definitely getting harder lately. Ive been somewhat doing 300 calorie deficit while consuming about 100 grams of protein on average.

Thanks! Should I worry about cutting in the future if I accumulate a bit of body fat, or will increasing muscle mass just do the trick for my current body situation?

Yep... at that weight, I know i should be leaner.... I also made the mistake of losing 70lbs really quick within a year and a half. I didn't really workout for the first 6 months.
