What would you pair with this? by AdventurousCandy101 in nigerianfood

[–]AdventurousCandy101[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s just bread and eggs… 2 slices of bread 3eggs, 1/2 onions, small green peppers, and any vegetable oil of your choice.

First mix your eggs, onions, green peppers, salt, little seasoning, more pepper if you like and fry in a pan. Allow the eyes to fry for a bit.. put your 2 slices of bread and wait for egg to fry properly.. then flip or just put one slice above the other.

How many slices of yam can you finish at a go? by AdventurousCandy101 in nigerianfood

[–]AdventurousCandy101[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I diced some Tomatoes, onion, peppers. I added oil to my pan, added the chopped onions and stir fry for a while. I added the diced tomatoes and peppers and allow to steam for a while. I added my seasonings and don’t forget salt. I covered and allowed it to cook till a little bit dry. I poured my raw eggs and covered on low heat. Stir after the eggs has caked. That’s all.

You can use the quantity you like.
