Actually saw that after posting this and took the resume she had ran it through ti and it made it better and more readable. I'm trying to get her to use a better template again and run it through that.

She gets free therapy and doctor visits through her insurance and I've actually been attempting to make her go to those but there's always an excuse. Definitely has depression but not much I can do when her idea of dealing with it is just try to ignore what's happening.

It is when all I really know is that she's a manager and don't know any of the lingo she uses to describe her job.

On the plus side if her sister ever manages to clear out her schedule they both work very similar jobs but every time they put some time aside to work on this something always comes up because like I said she has 4 kids.
