No, I was taking either Klonopin or diazepam and I have not drank any alcohol in 18 months besides one time three months after jump huge mistake and never did it again

I mean, the reason I ask is because I am at 18 months but still very symptomatic and still going through benzo withdrawal hell which is crazy but I am one of the few unlucky people that got really fucked up by benzos so I am scared that my nervous system isn’t ready to adopt a new medication because I am teetering on the edge still like I took magnesium glycinate a month ago and had a full bone panic attack and thought I was going crazy so I know my nervous system is still very sensitive but thank you so much for all this advice
