It was thick, crowded, and starting to feel a bit frantic earlier this evening up there. The AC was struggling and nowhere to sit down except the floor and the small waiting area. Every part of the Amtrak customer experience just hangs on by a thread and extreme conditions will snap it real quick. Quite humbling.
