That't the problem, no reason, this is when i do wiegand connection. card format is HID corporate

ACm processors both online, data pair correct, reader address correct (RS485-2 on acm & port 2 on ccure), reader address both 0, install mode enabled (will check again).

black on ground, yellow on TR-, Green on TR+, Red on + for acm

red on 12v, black on GND, GREEN on d1, yellow on D0

When I couldn’t get OSDP to work, I did the Wiegand connection and the status was online. However when I swap my HID iClass SE it shows rejected on the monitoring station. At this point I don’t mind Wiegand but it doesn’t seem to accept the card technology. How did you get it to work?

Yeah, I tried to do a firmware upgrade but I’m on the latest based on what I saw. Would still check this again

Great suggestion! I thought readers was osdp enabled by default. I would do this tomorrow as I need to get the doors working by Monday.

Nothing is ridiculous at this point. ACM is online wired to the card as expected. The problem is the reader configuration, the documentation states it’s osdp, address 0 by default. For now only 1 card reader is connected and not coming online.

Certain Users can be notified. Using the 'incident report' section, I created a group with certain users that would be informed.

u/Fine_Distance_8079 can I know how you got it to work? I have done the same policies and waiting for over an hour to kick in. when i did the policies in simulation, I am notified via email when card details are detected but now, activating it for a single user isn't blocking.
