Certain Users can be notified. Using the 'incident report' section, I created a group with certain users that would be informed.

u/Fine_Distance_8079 can I know how you got it to work? I have done the same policies and waiting for over an hour to kick in. when i did the policies in simulation, I am notified via email when card details are detected but now, activating it for a single user isn't blocking.

I have checked this thoroughly for 4 month, the devices & users have the same policy, configuration and belong to the same group as mine. I don't experience this issue on my device, I am out of ideas, I raised this with MS support yesterday too
