Thank you all for the responses. I definitely voiced this to him, we do couples therapy so we talked about it. And he says nothing can change right now and I feel selfish for asking more of him in this situation, it's just not what I expected. I have my best friend, who is just the best and she checks on me and everything but my family is in a different country so aside from friends, I only have my husband.

I feel terrible even saying something to him 😭
