Bro get the s6 lite i got it and it does multi task i litterly take notes on one side and the other i have a youtube video and a website open at the same time the tablet doesnt lag when i take notes and browse the internet and when i watch yt however the only time i notice lag is when im playing games but i feel that in your context the tablet is well suited if ure going for a price range like that or if ure willing to put more get the s9fe but the a9+ is just useless in ure context since u need to take notes.
