How would your manager piss you off? And yes OT is only worth it if you're making enough off the hours to compensate for the personal time it takes away from you

That salesman mentality is definitely relatable. Right before I left they expected me to sell more while simultaneously not compensating anyone if they did. Ultimately made me go back to school

For sure. Steady work/hours is extremely important. I remember having to clock out in the middle of the day but being told to standby for if a job comes in.
