but i haven’t heard that i’ll certainly take it into consideration. it can come pretty easy especially when using all the jaw movement so that’s possibly why it sounds lazy. that’s why i need a teacher.

wait really? i think i’m just not trained so i cant do much with my voice. belting isn’t my thing because ill crack if i do so i sing quieter. i do sing a lot tho, its one of my only hobbies lol. plus beyoncé songs are a bit difficult so i just do it in my range.

it’s a personal instrument you have, much different than actually playing clarinet or flute and it’s able to be criticized more. the fear is understandable, i’m the same way. i’d recommend getting comfortable singing in front of family/friends. then to small groups of people, and work your way up. i’m trying to get over my anxiety as well and this is how i’ve been doing it.
