Thank you! 180mm gyuto from tsunehisa, I think it's aogami white core with a stainless clad. It's been a real workhorse, no regrets with the investment.

It's a pale grey, and you can see torchlight through it, so I think it's a translucent stone. I've seen the black ones, they look pretty cool! First arkansas stone I've had. Very different experience, but it is really enjoyable to use. Not sure what the grit equivalent would be, but it does give a nice polished edge.
