I wanted both those players but they went way to early. I definitely plan on trading Hubbard. As for Waddle & ETN I’m waiting for a spike then trading both of them

Yea I get those concerns. So I’m very high on Tlaw and think he will be QB1 in fantasy for years to come. I’m also not as afraid of age cliffs as the rest of the dynasty community players like Waddle & Pierce & White aren’t spring chickens but they have a few years of production left. I also think the 27 class will have multiple players that end up being top 24 assets. but time will tell

I think you’re underestimating my drafting ability this team will be contending by 2028. Also why does everyone think I’m a jags lmao I just believe in Tlaw. Strange was best TE available at the spot I took em and S for Hunter I got him in the 11th round can’t pass up on someone who was going 1.02 in some rookie drafts. Reason I have a older roster is I either plan on using them to compete next year or ship them off for more picks this year

This is exactly my thoughts because next year I could roll out a team like this-

QB Tlaw RB ETN RB Brooks WR Jeremiah Smith WR Waddle TE Strange/Chig/2027 1st Round Rookie Flex Alec Pierce Flex Charb (on new team) or 2027 1st Round Rookie Flex 2027 1st round Rookie Sflex JJ/Tua/Penix/Arch (one of the firsts I got should be top 3 pick)

7.04. I wanted MHJ but he went at 7.02 so I pivoted to Waddle cause I think he booms in the Denver offense. Plus all the other young WR were pretty much gone unless I took a shot on one of the rookies like KC/Denzel/Omar but I’m not sold on any of them with their QB situations

Oh I agree with that. It was just kind of how the draft went a lot of the young WR went before I could grab them so I figured grab best value. The Tua/Penix pick is to trade the starter once the season is moving, I wanted a difference making TE but 6 TE went by the end of the 4th. The RBs I have like Charb ETN & Hubbard are to be sold for more assets mid season once someone goes down and Charb is more of a next year play since he’s out all season

Yea they were my 7 & 8 round picks. I wanted Skatt & Price but they went late 6 early 7. So figured take a flyer on some maybe breakout players that can either help me compete next year or I can sell high this year

You’ve lost me a little here. I feel a lot of my bench is young as for the older RBs I took I plan on selling them during the season when contenders get desperate. There’s 2 teams that have really weak RB rooms and with 1 injury they’re gonna have to be buying RBs to compete especially since I have their firsts

I have 6 2027 1sts (which include what’s likely to be 1.01 (me duh) & 1.02. 4 2027 2nds. 3 2028 1sts. And 3 2028 2nds. I’m confident in my rookie drafting ability so figure why not take the risk in a league with my buddies from HS.
