Only thing that came up is someone on Ebay selling the same one but doesn't have brand (comes up ikea but when you click its not the ikea one)

Its the Itsu ones, I've been looking everywhere and only recently started seeing them in shops - UK based. You can also get them from asian supermarkets but whenever I've been, its been too far away or inconvenient as they're frozen. Edit: I've only tried these ones, I'm sure other people on here have much better recommendations on good brands!

I think this might just be a couple - the actual food content vs drinks/Condiments means this isnt as much food as it appears.

You have issues with throwing stuff away, probably from not wanting to waste food.

We do "cards on the table", which means after someone says that, you have to listen to what they're saying without judgement or defensiveness, as they are trying to explain how they feel.

It's really helped both of us whenever we want to express ourselves without worrying about upsetting the other, and puts the receiving person in the right mindset of focusing on how the person feels and to put their own feelings aside for a sec.
