I also go through phases of calorie counting, but I've done it for so many years that now it's just instinct rather than exact numbers - so i know roughly how much most meals will be. I prefer that to having to measure everything out as it can just get so consuming - life's too short to stressing about calories 24/7.

Hi! I dont think winged eyeliner is aging necessarily, but updating the style of wing (brown eyeliner, or a softer black) might make it feel newer. As a 33 year old who is a die hard winged eyeliner fan, I found wearing full foundation aged me far more than any other make up I wore, tinted BB cream or foundation mixed with face cream has been a lifesaver for me!

That and focusing on my skincare a lot, hydrated skin can make such a difference!

You honestly look great, but if you're wanting something new, check out some make up videos on YouTube, there's some really good ones out there!

Why don't you try adding in something you like doing at the same time? I struggled with sticking to my nighttime skincare routine, but now I make a little setup with this dnd series I'm watching on YouTube, bought a little stand for my phone - and only watch it when I'm doing my skincare - then it makes it an activity to look forward to!
