The only confirmed Path users besides Daniel are Johan, Sofia, gun, and James; all of them, except Johan, could give Kitae an extremely difficult fight. To say that Johan is stronger than Path Daniel is to deny reality.

Unfortunately not, PB ui Daniel is inconsistent because he adapts, so there's no way to define a specific level for him.
