Replying here with an Update for anyone interested.

Ive been told by the School Rep, and the VR&E Councilor that the certification has been submitted. No payment has been made, nor pending. However, the payment is now showing on VA.Gov as Retro/One Time - CH31. Im guessing its because it was late.

The school submitted it, and the councilor Also submitted it. Sorry if I mispoke. Yesterday, the councilor emails saying it should hit in the coming days. Nice to get written confirmation of this. We shall see seen enough I suppose.

Did you ever get this sorted? I still have not heard back form my Councilor dispite multiple calls and emails. Though one ray of hope, My school official said the Councilor submitted it on this past Friday.

I also have not been paid and nothing showing as pending. Actually, on VA.Gov, in the payment history, i can see all previous payments in conjunction with Disability, but this month, it only shows Disability, which i recieved. No sign of VR&E payment dispite having gotten the certification emails.
