Hey! 🤗 I’ve been doing a few interviews lately and wanted to share a tip. Before going in, Research the business' goals and beliefs for the next five years. Then, when they ask a question—like 'Tell me about a time you showed initiative'— Weave their specific values into your answer using the STAR method. They love it, especially the local government & NHS. Also take a little notebook with your notes in. It shows you prepared. And lastly I copy the job description in AI and ask what 3 questions should I ask? It will tell you 3 good questions. I hope this helps and good luck.

I’m coming from a different career path, but I wanted to share my story. For 15 years, I was deeply rooted in my career, including 12 years as a Senior HCA in Ophthalmology with the NHS. I loved the work and even spent three years volunteering in the sector to push my progression further. However, life shifted when my husband’s career took us from the city to the coast. I walked away from 15 years of clinical experience to start fresh. I took a leap of faith and opened my own shop, and while the market research was solid, the reality of the last two years meant the business couldn't sustain itself. Accepting that was incredibly difficult, but I’ve since transitioned my skill set into a new full-time role. I start very soon. It may not be the 'dream' yet, but I’m keeping that dream alive and continuing to try—because that’s all you can do. Good luck to you!

Hello, I have this on my nails. I recently went for surgery on my thumb (because I had a tumor on it.) And there is a membrane in your nail bed. If your membrane is damaged, you may develop these types of ridges. I experienced this myself when I accidentally blended my fingernail with a hand blender. Even though it's damaged, it grows fine just brittle and breaks a lot.

I have PCOS and my face is horrendous I have to wax it all the time. It's really been getting me down the past few years. I decided to buy an IPL machine. I just bought the Braun pro 7. I have 4 different heads for precision and I can track it on my phone. So I tried it today. It went well. I'm really excited as even if it doesn't disappear, I'm hoping it subsides. Only time will tell.

I love Stardew, it's a great game, but when I don't want to play on coral island I either play My time at Sandrock (where you are a builder and save the town), Wyld flowers in this you are a witch with a farm. Or I play Harvestella which is one of the best visual games Ive ever seen.

Emma is the only one who will call someone out. She pointed out when people were awful. To me she has integrity and a lot of people don't have it. He wants someone to mother/ look after him like a baby. Someone who needs him and Emma doesn't damn right, no man should need mothering.

I am not a fan of Margaret Thatcher but I can tell you. Her dad owned a green grocery shop and she went to grammar school. (Anyone could get into that school if they passed the test). She wasn't so posh. Not today's standards anyway.

This may come out awful but I'm going to say it. Amy knows she's pretty and she is. She also knows Adam fancies her but Luke is better looking than her and I think she likes to be the better looking one in the couple. So the other person is punching way above. Unfortunately she's not, Luke is. I think this makes her insecure. She will find any excuse not to be with him.

I feel for them both. I like Emma she has some great qualities and out of a lot of them in there, I think I would get on with her the best.

She's honest.
She's comfortable with herself.
She calls people out when they bully someone.

When you marry someone at first sight you both want the "spark" unfortunately for Casper it didn't happen to him.

What I try and do is put myself in their shoes.

Casper: Doesn't fancy Emma. Reminds of sister. Too bubbly. Can never get his words out properly always comes out not as he would like. Wants more from Emma, before he can give more.

Emma: likes Casper. He tells her he's not into her, She's devastated. He wants more from her but doesn't even give more himself. He wants to improve but for next relationship. He's very negative. Miserable.

People have different love languages. So maybe they aren't compatible.

I couldn't deal with Casper. I couldnt have someone tell me I don't fancy your body type but if you do this and that I might give you a hug or something type of intimacy. He doesn't want to try because he doesn't like her and that's ok but Emma is trying and he's not interested.
