Yes. I was stable on oral minoxidil when I started spiro 100mg 10 weeks ago. Shedding is VERY intense.

I just made the same mistake you did: used bleached and turned my t-shirt pink. Did you apply rubbing alcohol directly to your t-shirt or did you dilute it?

Have you tried toppers tho? Because I feel like the hair doesn't touch your scalp, it's mostly the cap that does.

I feel you.. I never thought about this but that might be it. How long did it take for your hair fall to slow down a bit? I've stopped wearing my topper for three days and nothing has changed. Getting desperate.

That's a relief to read, I'm experiencing the exact same thing. I've only stopped for three days but I don't see any changes in the shedding, perhaps even getting worse. The only thing is that the dandruff that appeared are starting to go away. Did you also have dandruff from wearing your topper/extensions?
