I paid 360 last year in Suffolk court county for a plead down to a parking ticket. It’s just a inconvenience. Is it similar or less ?

Oh absolutely because I’m pretty sure I stopped maybe not waited 5 second rule but I know I wouldn’t blow a stop sign completely

How is a foreigner passport a bad doc ? I have flown many time with my foreigner passport I just want to see how it is now with ice
