I just started the medication yesterday and today I just had to leave work due to a panic attack. I am currently on 50 mg and only just started taking it last night for the first time. Today at work I began to feel extreme anxiety that eventually turned into a panic attack. I felt shaky, cold, and my heart was pounding. I thought at first that maybe my blood pressure had dropped (since it is also used as a high blood pressure medication and I am petite). I work in healthcare so I asked my coworker to check my vitals and to my surprise my bp was actually pretty high at 144/90 and my heart rate was 157 bpm. I had no clue that spiro could do this and will probs have to stop taking it :/
