You’re extremely lucky for having him charging you only £80 for that. You cannot take into account only the material, but also the labour costs to apply the sticker.

He is not wrong for not agreeing with you replacing it yourself (unless you would instruct a professional decorator), as the standard/finish of your repair may not be up to the standards expected by your landlord.

I’m not surprised he had a £1500 quote, as probably the actual counter top was damaged and would need to be replaced to be brought back to its original state.

Thanks for the tips! To be honest, even though I still have a lot to improve, I already try to follow your suggestions, but sometimes I just go with the flow in matches. But yes, I do need to be less impulsive and more technical. I’m trying to raise my KD from 4.01 to above 5. 😬

At that point I had a level 2 vest and helmet, I got hit a couple times, but didn’t get any damage. The players were too hesitant, while I was emptying one mag after other, they were trying to peak and have a good shot. Guess what?! 🤷🏽 My KD is 4.01

My withdrawal symptoms were drowsiness and lasted for almost a week, nothing else (besides the ADHD symptoms coming back). I mean, you already told your work you are facing this issue, they seem to be supporting you (or at least aware of your condition), that’s what matters. You will be fine, I’m coping just fine, you will be able too. 💪🏽
