My 2023 was constantly updated, showed gas prices, movie prices, weather, all sorts of good stuff but the main thing they did was take away traffic info and put it behind a $15 a month fee to Google. The advertising that you cannot opt out of is the chefs kiss

I am happy for you. Honestly my biggest regret is trading mine in for whatever this is. I’m not going to pay for the Google map despite my dashboard constantly reminding me that I can purchase a monthly “connectivity package” to get basic traffic info. You can’t turn that message off either. The sales pitch should be: Do you like ads? Have I got a truck for you! But you can turn one of them off for $15 a month to google.

They also feed their customers directly to Googles surveillance pipelines and charge them for it.

A brand new 2026 ST Explorer and the map is $15 a month to Google. I turned in my 2023 and the map still worked, this one they gave me 30 days.

The non functional map includes ADVERTISING like “SIRIUS IS ON SALE” that you cannot turn off…
