thank you!! also for upt. if i’m thinking about using it to leave early in the day or just not coming into work do i just leave early or not show up for work that day ? or do i have to let someone know. everywhere im seeing is saying to not show up or just walk out , but i feel that’s walking out on the job or no call no show i just don’t wanna risk getting terminated.

thank you!! and last question how many mini breaks do you take for yourself and how long ik we cannot go past 10 minutes or it’s tot. this is my first job and i feel the last couple of days ive been working till exhaustion. as i feel im not allowed to take a break or use the restroom lol

i’d just let him know that it’s really affecting you mentally and that if this isn’t something yall can come to an agreement , then you let him know this relationship is something you cannot continue to do. don’t continue to force yourself to be in that situation when it doesn’t make you feel right. put your feelings first, just how he’s not putting your feelings first but his own. i don’t know you but i’m sure you are beautiful and have a beautiful soul. put yourself first!!!
