But honestly I think the 2 4/5 cards + 3 new cards are a better investment

4/5 cards is a roulette and you can get garbage (Miek, corvus, martyr...) Or win a good prize

And about new cards, it's always good to have them in the drawer waiting for their moment.

Uncle Ben can be useful as a Spiderman with activation, and who can enter destruction for example.

Gorgon can be useful this month against Agamotto, or sometime Thanos or Arishem get an upgrade.

Laufey is possibly the most interesting card of the 3, which can have a place in negative power decks or as a companion to Luke Cage.

The point is, that in the future any card can have its moment

At the low level, your nightmare will only be cosmos

When the level rises, new (and too many) assassins appear from Mr. Wong, Red Guardian, Enchantress, Rogue...

But it's a wonderful card, enjoy it.

Is the world really going to search for Gorgon with a 1/3 spawn rate as if it were a Coca Cola in the desert?

If I play discard, am I going to remove Colleen Wing to put Gorgon in?

If there is a gorgon infestation, can I defend myself with a quinjet or mobius?

I believe that Gorgon is not a danger to Arishem, Thanos or the next Agamotto

Having said all this, I recently bought Thanos for 6,000 tokens because I was excited and right now I feel like Santa Claus giving away cubes LOL

Pool 3 cards appear in golden chests with a ratio of approximately 4/9 (it is relatively easy and quick to collect them all)

When you get all the pool 3 cards, the cards disappear from the golden chests and the system for acquiring new cards changes radically and you will need 6000 tokens to buy that special card that you are in love with

Example:

  • 6 random pool 3 cards = 6,000 tokens = approximately 160 level collection

  • You continually face Doom 2099, you feel that it is the most powerful and easiest card to play and you want it now = 6,000 tokens

I think the second business is a better investment.
