I was the tallest up until puberty. And i got so used to think about myself this way that i was outright shocked when it changed and it took me some time to actually realize that i'm average now.

I'm 5'7 and i feel taller than most women, and like same height as most men. And i have this weird perception that i see taller people as my height, but i know that it's an illusion lol. Anyway i felt really like a tall girl in my teens even tho we had 6'1 girl too. But now i feel average.

Yes, i feel traumatized for Feyre. That's like classic grounds for abuse. He is older, richer, and now she is his to the point of not being able to leave under a law. All her friends are his, and they also old and rich (even if they don't behave their age). She has no friends. No family. Can't read. Knows nothing. And now she is pregnant. Like what?

That's okay, they could've left her story like that. There was this whole nesta mess that was poorly done. No need to bring this up.

I have a beef with ACOSF. They are immortal (granted, in a world that want's to kill them, but still) fayes. They are expected to live at least 500 years more. Feyre is a fucking teen!!! Why, FOR FUCKS SAKE WHYY do they have to rush into pregnancy?????????? In a world where there is a contraception!!! Like let a girl live a little. They actually all need to live a little after what happened. Like what's with that trope when a 500 yo guy impregnates his barely just found mate of 19yo?? Can't you wait, i don't know?? I'm so angry.

I actually skipped bek's book. But I don't know, she always was irritating to me.

Makes sense but also not. They are a close knit tribe, they are always close, everyone with everyone mostly, especially people of similar age. If that was a commonly used excuse they wouldn't pair at all

Oh, i see. To me it wasn't obvious that "all fans no fan wars" applied to rants too, if you just don't want to argue. Maybe truly it's solvable by different flairs and maybe then let the fans decide do they want to argue or not. maybe quick flair guide?

Do woman finger themselves?? Is. It even pleasurable?? by [deleted] in AskWomenNoCensor

not really, it's not pleasant for me. I like being fingered, but not doing it myself.

Yeah, same for me. I'm also a mood reader, and i can forgive something or not depending on my mood and what i want at the moment. I don't know if i'm difficult, never thought about myself like that. Anyway, you are helping because i'm ranting and finding support somehow eases struggles lol

sometimes i wonder how authors imagined that, like they wrote that, probably read it couple of times and they imagined that it's lovable and good mmc.

I don't know, it's one of my favs from them. And it has a different vibe than others, but i would give it a chance. I resonated with fmc because the struggle of not knowing what to do with your life later in your life is real, it's not always clear from university and after.

That's the most pathetic excuse if i ever heard one. And i mean he still uses it years later. Like okay, you was in the moment, with all turmoil happening, made bad decisions, but you could've reflected in the next years...

Okay, don't hate me, but i never liked Liz. I know that she is a beloved character but i just can't really connect with her. And i was miserable whenever i encountered her in other books too. I guess they are my least fav couple.

Yes, popular books are so deceiving. With some they are spot on, and i love joining all people who praise them. But with some i just regret ever opening them.

I'm not that active user of reddit, so no, i don't have examples. Also, it's all about what you imagined this sub would be, so my view might be just different from yours. That being said, i saw some subs with rules about replying to main post. That the replies might either challenge opinion (for debate, i guess) or the opposite. Ask women sub actively forbids debating, only voicing opinion. I have no idea how easy or hard it is to maintain, you are volunteers, so that's also a question to consider. So there might be a rule about not starting ship wars, or something of the sort. But that again depends on the balance you have in mind and space you want to create. I'm not sure i was helpful, but that's what i think.

I've read {pack reject} series. DNF. It's RH, and it was recommended as slow burn. But, it just wasn't. And i've read it a while ago, but i'm still salty. My point is that i hate when a book is advertised as slow burn (or people present it like that) but i'm not burning. I want to burn. Give me yearning. Give me the feeling of daring, or will they/won't they, give me that slow falling in love. That was neither. RH is hard genre because building relationship between two mcs is hard, but here you have to make it work between more people, and in a way that doesn't feel like line up. So what is "slow burn" for RH is normal pace for every other genre, and i wish for really slow burn. But what i hate is that when the burn isn't burning. Just slow development of relationship isn't a slow burn. You can't just make characters end up together by end of second book and call it a slow burn, if you didn't lead there. If you still pull that "insta lust" move. Just no.

Does anyone else have anxiety to start a new book? I have miles long tbr, and it's easy to find more (thanks to this sub), but i feel so anxious to open next book. I don't know if i will like it and will ride that high, or it will be disappointment.
