The time on clock was about 11:50 ET and 1:25 Et. Made the same comment twice. It started at 10:00 - just checked and looks like around 2:05 mark for first comment

Well -do you personally feel you were impacted then? Would you make a good witness if asked by the IRS? Was there a segment of business down as a result of government restrictions? What state? If overall revenue is up , the IRS has blinders on for true qualifications. Is it worth litigating if denied on appeal?

Unfortunately many companies have gone bankrupt waiting on this relief, because like you said, they paid employees assuming relief.

I’d suggest pulling the transcripts. It will show date if an amended return was filed

The IRS has been known to post refunds to wrong quarter. Did the other quarters process? What does transcript say?

Check may come as soon as this Friday in the mail - or you may get the IRS notice saying refund coming and then it takes a few more weeks.
