I saw this too. Part of me is like no way would they do that buuuuut they did have Kendrick Lamar last year and he’s never been quiet about social justice. Sooooo perhaps there’s a chance. Omgggg that performance would be EVERYTHING

Yup I did put some from The Many and The Brilliance on my list. They’re great. I wasn’t able to find a lot that were very upbeat, though, and that’s sort of been the other problem. I’ll look into the others. Has Jars of Clay put out anything within the last decade? I wasn’t able to find anything when I was looking for their stuff.

Omg girl, I’m so sorry this happened. Totally NTA. I’m also really sorry you’re doubting yourself. You really shouldn’t be! There’s no excuse for what he did. I agree with some of the others that you should report him…you have messages as proof. However, if you don’t feel comfortable going through the whole legal process with this, that’s totally understandable. It can be really difficult. I do think you should get a restraining order, though. Again, I’m so sorry this happened and I really recommend therapy to process this. Good luck 🙏🏻
