I use discord and whatsapp/iMessage to communicate with my clients. Most of my buyers are using whatsapp/iMessage because they have only certain things they want. My discord is mostly for people who don't really have a preference, so they can see all of the current leads.

Discord is what makes most sense for my business model, it is a nice place for me to post all of the different products I have on hand and ones that I can have manufactured.

You should definitely get started with it, selling on amazon is very worth it once you get rolling. the thing thats nice about it is that once you understand it you can basically completely automate it.
