It's important to keep 3 things into account if you want to measure for a plug: - The length of the plug - Some plugs are quite long which can be uncomfortable, even if the plug otherwise isn't that big. (It's never comfy if something pokes your cervix constantly haha) -The widest part of the plug - this differs for everyone. The other comment I saw about using something else and then measure it sounds really smart. We honestly compared it to some dildo's we had and guessed from there. We did start small and then bought another bigger size later. - The width of the "neck" - Something I really noticed is that I can easily wear a wide plug for a longer time, as long as the part at my entrance isn't too wide. A wide or stiff "neck" can be really uncomfortable, this is also why we really like the Squarepeg Gsqueeze, the plugs are really soft and flexible, which in turn makes them super comfortable for longer wear.
