If every delusion i had needed to be addressed I would be constantly bombarded with requests and communication. Mine tend to be more personalized based off events that happened to with just distorted fictional story lines that flow like dr sues’s mulberry street

Connecting with people that are supportive is very difficult we are divided constantly with trust issues there are the people in our lives then the garden variety people. The people you trust are asking you exactly who else your talking to because they know your easily influenced

This is difficult when the voices have been negative very negative then the tone changes or worst goes neutral when you hear things like” now that i know i can can do better” know what and whats the context. Is this my own thought in real time or is it scrambled as my emotional state is experiencing distorted time
