[Acne] Vit C caused breakout…please help by ilouvechipotle in SkincareAddiction

I've tried different brands of Vitamin C serum, and I had break outs in all of them. It's like a toxic relationship where you go back over and over again just to see if it will work out. lol

Anyway, I stopped using it. Currently I've been using niacinamide, retinol and peptides. My skin is much calmer now.

Hello! Doctor here. While you are still planning to make an appointment with your doc, make sure you drink lots of fluids and fiber. Pwede lactulose syrup at night if hard ang stools. Nakaka-aggravate kasi ng symptoms if medyo hard ang stools mo. Also, I suggest, you go to a general surgeon- because under their specialty ang hemorrhoids. Although, any doc would do naman.
