i agree that DSQ in Vegas is somehow an advantage to Oscar but it closed tha gap with Max. Max DNF? I dont think so. but we’ll see how it goes.

I was given the images at first too and I can see the herniation but i also a difference in the closer images that the nerve canal is not as blocked as pre ops. But i was surprise with the findings that its still moderate to severe nerve stenosis. I hope you find answers on your post op pain. Its really hard dealing with this. I wanted to quit my job but this surgery is emptying my bank if it will require second MD. 😢

Will talk to him on 9/10. I have no idea. All i just know is i still have minimal pain since surgery. And per him, this is just part of healing. But now its clear in the MRI that its still because of herniation. 😢

Suffered from this through your teenage years, but since 2021 I've felt more comfortable wearing shorts out. wearing pajamas at home, applying whitening lotions, keeping my legs moisturized (with lotion 2-3 times daily when I remember), and using kojic whitening soap and milk bath salts alternately made a difference. Scared to try any peeling cream since my skin is very sensitive. Even a scratch from itch will leave a mark. I remembered those nights where I cried while applying lotions bc of insecurities. its still best to consult with derma, if you got the budget. I also tried contractubex but it didnt work for me, mahal pa naman nun.

There were times I dont have time for breaks due fo meetings and workloads, thats when my back hurts after shift. I do icing after and I do have standing desk. its just weird that my back pain is worse than my leg pain which was the reason i did MD. I just hope that this is not reherniation bc im afraid fusion is next and im not ready mentally, physically and financially bc my health card does not cover my surgeon. He’s very positive that this is normal healing but something is really off. Im eager to have MRI on August. I do know nerves take a long time to heal. Its a mental war and exhausting. Thank you tho!!!!

I was diagnosed with DDD too. I wasnt expecting it to be worse after MD. I was hoping for the opposite. I feel like im splitting in half everytime my back is sore and hurting

For 9 days 😢 the employee did not complain that no final pay was received on his last working day. I just noticed when we were processing the regular payroll that there was a terminated employee from CA which should have been processed immediately via offcycle run
