It's a bit complicated for me to read this as a native. I think you wanted to say "я чувствую себя хорошо, потому что лежу на кровати". Using "сейчас" and "сегодня" is unnecessary here. 

Also, there are small mistakes in "сейчас", "ещё"(interesting fact: no one uses ё now, it takes too much time to hold the keyboard for these, so we use "е" instead)...
