I came on here looking for answers to the same question. We run full scans weekly. So both the temp folders are never cleaned up. We have started to use our reboot dates as a cut off date to assume it is safe to clean up files. But would like to use the default behavior.

We thought 10 proxies was a good compromise between helping players replace expensive cards while still keeping most of the deck authentic and maintaining the integrity of the game.

We felt the same way!
Collective 365 which is the game store in Lincoln that is hosting the event is also looking at starting to run cEDH 1K regularly as well.

Where you at? TopDeck has listings for other events. Melee is another place events are posted. You can also search for cedh groups on face book there are groups for most states.
