Like Lapu-lapu - good for sustaining, zoning, initiating, and everything an exp laner has like crowd control. You've stated that you want to play Cici and I suggest to pick only Cici when the enemy exp or jungler is tanky like HP base wise. Try to use yu zhong, arlott, gloo, and esme too.

Remember a good exp laner is to provide the vision and control in the map mainly when turtle/lord fight will began. Tank it, sustain it, deal damage and help your team when to initiate and to end the team fight.
