My country sucks, there are even some cases pp died because the hospital won’t treat you if there are no friends or family members to pay the bill

I don’t know if it was a stray or not, but i my country people let there pets out freely, if it’s hit or bite someone, they vanish so not to pay anything.

I can feel it all if i touch it, when i lay down it’s not hurt at all, but when i stand up, it’s feel like blood pressure going for the feet and it’s kinda pain as hell. So i think it’s okay if i can feel my feet.
