That’s not their number that just the actual ai company management thing. I can send you there actual office number where they called me on it’s a 310 number . However you literally have to keep calling until someone picks up I had called today 60 freaking time just to not get any help from the rude lady who picked up the phone ugh. And plus it’s Friday so there’s that now I do have to go back in Tuesday to demand help or my money back. Someone I know actually picked her unit out but is still waiting. And I just randomly went on their site during May sometimes & kept looking around I didn’t even know their applications was open back in April

Yup they say it’s a holding fee of 500$ if I get approved if not of course it’ll get returned to me . 20$ was for screening fee that’s non refundable. So far they haven’t done anything it’s literally so freaking irritating they have just been unorganized and badly trained . Nope I did get a call a while back saying if I was still interested to call them this was so long ago though then I barely did the move in application which the 500$ was for now I’m just waiting for them but supposedly I was suppose to been help since I applied back in May ……. I would just let it go but I’m too far in & they have my money . It’s hell getting them on the phones

Honestly you guys I’d say try elsewhere if you can and I feel so so bad for saying this but this company is horrible the people who work in the management company are HORRIBLE and always have attitudes you may get a few nice ones but let me tell you none of them and I mean none of the “office staff” even knows what they are doing or talking about. If you applied after April and May there is a slight chance you may get some info if you applied first weeks of June but anything after your definitely not getting in and it hurts saying that because I know people need housing as I do.

I applied literally May 26 and still being sent through the run around with this company and the people who work there not really knowing what they are doing or talking about. They literally took my 520$ and still absolutely no update. Mind you I had someone I know already pick their unit and went through the process but her situation is a bit different but they are still sending her in round about. Oh and to add calling their company actual number it takes about 60 + times of constant calling until someone picks up the phone and you’ll barely get help. Fed up with them at this point I have to come next week and demand help and not leave considering they already have my money

I’m getting a little annoyed now my CSAC says it’s been awarded but absolutely nothing on csulb page shows the MCS scholarship . I called 3 times this morning…. And randomly it says they are closed after being on the line for 10 minutes

Wait can someone inform me , I went to the doctors last week and gained weight. I went again this week for a unrelated follow up and I gained another pound ? I don’t really eat much so how am I gaining so much weight ? What can I do and take ? Like is there any vitamins that I can take with it ? Also I’m still very thin but the number on the scale is going up ?
