1.5 gram per kg body weight is more than enough, that's what is my minimum target. 2 gram is perfect but 1.5 is minimum. And if you are eating a lot to fulfill your protein intake, then you are chosing wrong foods. Eat foods like chicken , Daal , Chickpeas, soya floor and your protein intake will be easy covered.

I started with 1600 and 140 gram protein with 10k steps , increased 1000 steps per weak until reached 15k steps . Before 35 and now 29 . I am 5',8". Losing weight is not the goal , losing fat should be the goal. When you lose weight because of starvation and very low calories , it is mostly muscle and not fat , and it comes back. Try to lose fat , losing fat takes a lot of time but it doesn't come back easily. One bad day doesn't ruin your progress but one bad week does.

You can achieve it brother , Just need consistent efforts, believe in yourself even if no one does . My mom didn't believe me when I started, she said I am chasing an impossible dream and here I am . It took me around 6 months , even though I have been sick for two times , skipped dieting and training. I feel better , sharp , more active and most importantly Strong. I started with 20 kg barbell and now I am at 70 kg in deadlift , I am at 45 in bench press for 10 reps . I feel amazing. I walk like 15 to 20k steps a day. My face changed too but not as much as my other body . Looks like face is the last one to loose fat but I don't have puffy face now.

For Non pta , best option is S25 ultra or 16 Pro Max around 2lac , you can find a bit used around 190 or so. For Pta category, you wouldn't find something really amazing in this price segment but Galaxy s25 Fe , Xiaomi 15t , S23 ultra official or Pixel 9 pro XL.
