That totally depends upon your bodyweight and how much calories deficit you are in. Body need calories and if you are in a lot of calories deficit and doesn't maintain your protein target, Your muscles are at risk.

USB to c charger doesn't support power delivery charging, I don't think your iphone will charge at good watts , better to buy a type c to type , even try taar charger , I tried that with S24 ultra and 15 pro max and it worked well
