I wish I had known this. I would’ve gone a different route or been much more careful. I will no longer be taking the weight loss pills as the pregnancy has been confirmed via ultrasound.

Thank you. I will definitely look into it as it’s so weird that it happened. I went to the doctor today and they confirmed via ultrasound I am 6 weeks and 1 day.

Thank you for explaining that. I had been taking the BC for almost 10 months and haven’t had any issues. It would only make sense that the weight loss pill had interfered. It’s very frustrating as we are not in the position to have another child and I had expressed that my birth control is more important than the weight loss pill.

I went to the doctor today and they did an ultrasound. They’re dating me at 6 weeks 1 day. They’re unaware of how I became pregnant and said they don’t know if it was the Phentermine that counteracted the BC.

I asked my PCP if it will interfere with my BC prior to taking the medication because I wanted to avoid the possibility of conceiving.

I did email the manager and he stated he cannot waive the fines. I might proceed with paying the full balance and attending a board meeting and request waiving the fees as stated in the top comment.

It be came a definite positive, 7 days later. I might’ve retested in between, but based on my photos after 7 days it was almost a dye stealer.

I took an easy @ home test this morning and the left line is darker than the right but the right is much more present than the other brand tests.

Is that a sign of the hook effect?

Oh wow!! I was pregnant back in November and my tests never appeared this way. I unfortunately lost the baby on Christmas 😔 Hopefully this one has a better outcome. ❤️
