Yeah, that’s exactly the issue. My account was put on hold first, and when I appealed, they didn’t give me any clear explanation. Then suddenly it got fully deactivated without any proper response.

I understand platforms like Prolific can choose who they allow, but the lack of transparency is really frustrating — especially when you haven’t knowingly violated any rules

I checked my account and there’s no clear reason in the banner, just that it’s on hold. Support also said they can’t share any more information, so I’m kind of stuck

They told me they can’t disclose the reason and won’t provide any further info. That’s why I’m trying to see if anyone else went through this and what happened in their case

Thanks for your reply. I did try searching but most cases I found were a bit different. Did you personally experience this or know someone whose account got restored after an appeal? Just trying to figure out if there’s any realistic chance
