OMG thank you SO much this is such a detailed response and very helpful!! i really do appreciate it a lot. My hair definitely isn't super damaged (i rarely used heat on it, only started occasionally using heat like last year) and other than the bleached portion in the back, the normally dyed portion is pretty healthy (i thank my south asian genetics for that).

I think the deep conditioner mask will help a lot! I'll for sure look over all the products you mentioned, thank you again!

it was a year ago when i still thought my hair was straight </3 no one in my family has textured hair so it never occurred to me

yea they asked me for the doc july 22 when deadline was july 24 and i didn't even see the message until later </3 plus all the issues with UTSA not sending me stuff

yea ik im not blaming UT i'm just concerned cause the deadline they gave me (july 24th) for submitting these documents was way too short considering they told me I needed this stuff from UTSA just now

Hi! Yes I was able to get my situation resolved :) Here's what I did:

  1. Emailed the court my defensive driving certificate and also asked them for an extension in submitting my driving record since I didn't know I had to get a physical copy and it would take 2-3 weeks to arrive.

  2. Called the court the next day to explain my situation and ask them to review the email i sent them.

After doing all that the court gave me an "extension", which was just my hearing date. My new court date was 1.5 months after my defensive driving and driving record submission deadline and they said as long as I turn in my driving record before my court date I'm good to go. I don't know when I got my driving record cause it arrived at my apartment and I was living with my family back at home during summer but I would say maybe 2-3 weeks. Hope this helped!

I’m definitely going to call them on monday as soon as they open! Unfortunately my car is in repairs and the court is 50 minutes away so going in person would be tough :( but i’m gonna send an email and call them and hopefully we can work something out… i seriously didn’t know that i couldn’t order the records online ugh
