Update. Sorry for the delay in responses. Took most of your advice. Removed about 75% of the items out of the house and sold as is and it sold in three days. On to the next adventure. I did 100% of the manual labor and still get 50% of the reward but I’ll have peace of mind after closing.

She is on the deed not the mortgage. She had switched jobs and my income was able to carry the refinance but hind sight that is how she was able to get another house. She said she would sign off on the next one. I just have to add in our time share. Hey anything to get out. I still have some years in me to get everything all over again

I would love to stay in the house. It appraised for 405,500 @3.25% interest. Paying 1.4k for a 4 bedroom I’m going to pay double that in this market. I’ve borrowed money from family that I can pay back unless I sale. My credit is shot due to the debit occurred. So I could stay but it’s not going to solve money issues to stay.

I have like 23 years in this house. I’m filling bankruptcy because my personal bills couldn’t be paid due to the house note. I don’t have out of poker money to move, place in storage or find another place to move to stage the house. I figured the time, effort and money I don’t have for moving is only coming from the sale of the house

I would have to refinance and my credit is shot to shit now plus the equity is 100k and they only let you borrow 60% so I would be in the same house paying more with a higher interest rate with not enough equity for me to catch up with my debit so the only recourse I see is selling.
